How to add or edit customer name and email address

In this guide, we’ll show you the steps on how to add or edit your Chatway customer name and/or email address.

Step 1: To add an email address, just open the Chatway conversation and click the “Add Email” button located at the top right.

Step 2: Enter the email address then hit Enter or click “Save”.

Step 3: To edit the name, hover your mouse on the auto-generated name and the pencil icon will display.

Step 4: Enter the desired name then hit Enter or click “Save”.
