Step 1: So let’s dive in. First you will need to install the Chatway app from the Shopify app store completely for free.
If you need any guidance on this, please follow these instructions on how to add an app on your Shopify site.
Step 2: Next, go to the Shopify app market and search for Chatway.
Step 3: Click on Chatway and then click on Install.
Step 4: A new window will pop up for you to click Install app.
Step 5: You will be asked to create an account with your Shopify email address as the pre-entered Chatway email address. You can add a different email address according to your needs.
Please fill in the sign-up details and click Next.
Step 6: Now, complete the Shopify setup by clicking on the “Complete setup” button.
Step 7: Make sure to enable the Chatway live chat from the app embeds menu and click Save.
And that’s it! Depending on your customizations, this is how Chatway may look like on your website.
