How and why did we start?

The team behind Chatway already has a long experience with WordPress plug-ins and e-commerce apps for platforms such as Shopify, Wix and many more. This means we have a good amount of insight on what customers need and how they need it done.

As our customer base increased, we became familiar with their need for an easy live chat product that can facilitate their customer service and also be integrated with our other products – such as Chaty, a product that offers you to connect various social and communication channels in one widget.
