In this guide, we’ll show you how you can install the Chatway app on your Sitecore website.
Step #1: Copy the installation code from your Chatway installation page.

Step #2: Navigate to Sitecore > Layout > Layouts in the Content Editor, locate the layout assigned to your site and open this layout item to find its Path property.

Step #3: Open Visual Studio and navigate to the file path found in Step 2 and then open the corresponding .cshtml
file.

Step #4: Locate the <head>
section in this file. Add your Chatway script before the closing </head>
tag, save the changes in Visual Studio, and publish the Sitecore project.
