In this guide, we’ll show you how you can install the Chatway app on your Shift4shop website.
Step #1: Copy the installation code from your Chatway installation page.
Step #2: Go to your Shift4shop Dashboard and navigate to Settings > Design > Themes & Styles and edit the frame.html file.
Step #3: Look for the closing head tag </head>, place the Chatway script before that, and save the changes.
