Integrating live chat into your PrestaShop store is a great way to enhance customer interactions and provide instant support. In this guide, we’ll show you how to install Chatway using a module, allowing you to add live chat to your store quickly and effortlessly—no coding required. Follow these steps to get started!
Step #1: Copy the installation code from your Chatway installation page.
Step #2: Download the free module from here.
Step #3: Log in to your PrestaShop Dashboard and navigate to the Module Manager to install the module.
Step #4: Upload the module.
Step #5: Click Configure.
Step #6: Click the add symbol to add the JavaScript.
Step #7: Enter any Script name, enable the External option, select displayHeader as the Hooking point and enter your Chatway installation code. Then scroll down and click Save.
