Step 1: First, visit https://chatway.app/ and sign up for an account for free. If you already have an account, log in instead.
Step 2: Once your Chatway account is ready, you can copy the installation code from your Chatway installation page:
Step 3: Now, let’s connect Chatway to your Magento web store.
To install the Chatway code on the entire site, go to your Magento dashboard and navigate to Admin Panel > Content > Configuration.
Then, choose the store view that you want to edit the head tag on or select Global in order to change it on every store view:
Next, find the HTML Head section and paste your Chatway installation code in the Scripts and Style Sheets field, like so:
