In this guide, we’ll show you how you can install the Chatway app on your BigCommerce website.
Chatway is a live messaging app that you can integrate into your website, allowing visitors to chat with you directly. With Chatway, you can seamlessly connect with your customers through various channels like chat, email, Facebook Messenger, and more.
You can also install the Chatway app for iOS and Android for you to receive the messages and reply from your smartphone directly in real-time wherever you are.
Step 1: Go to the BigCommerce App Store by visiting this page and search for Chatway.

Step 2: Click on the result and click on the get this app button.

Step 3: Now, please choose where you want to install Chatway – on your existing BigCommerce store or to a brand new BigCommerce store.

Step 4: Click on Install.

Step 5: Then, click on Confirm.

Step 6: If you don’t have a Chatway account yet, you will be asked to create an account with your Big Cartel registered email address as the pre-entered Chatway email address. Just fill in the onboarding details and click Next.

Step 7: After completing the onboarding steps, you will need to select a plan.

Step 8: When the setup is done, you will be greeted with the product tour so you can explore how the app works. You can check this guide to learn how to get started with Chatway.
