This feature will speed up your workflow and improve efficiency. The quick actions can be used for both your visitors’ messages and for the agents’ messages. Let’s cover each of them below:
1. Quick actions for your visitors’ messages
Here’s what you can do with your visitors’ messages:
1.1 Reply – you can reply to your visitors’ messages.
1.2 Copy text – you can copy your visitors’ messages with one click from the quick action menu.

2. Quick actions for the agents’ messages
Here’s what you can do with the agents’ messages:
2.1 Edit message – with this option you can easily edit your message even if it has been sent to your customer in the chat.
2.2 Reply – with this option you can quote your message and reply to it – this makes the thread neater.
2.3 Save as shortcut – you can use this option to save your message as a shortcut for easier future access.
2.4 Copy text – with this option you can easily copy your message.
2.5 Delete – with this option you can delete your message even if it has been sent to your customer in the chat.

These actions can be done via the mobile app as well. To use quick actions for either your visitors’ messages or your agents’ messages, simply press and hold on the message in question and the options will appear. You will also notice a vibration of your device that will indicate you have successfully accessed the quick actions.
