In this guide, we’ll show you how you update your name and profile picture in Chatway.
When setting up your Chatway account for the first time, you will see the option to upload your profile picture and you will be asked for your Full Name which will be displayed to your website visitors.
Method #1. When you want to update it, you can do it directly from https://go.chatway.app/profile.
You can also find the option by clicking the settings icon on top of your Chatway profile picture in the bottom left corner of your Chatway screen.
Click Profile.
You will see the option to upload your profile picture and change your name. Please don’t forget to click the Save Changes and Publish button for the changes to take effect.

Method #2. As an Admin, you can update your agent’s name and profile picture from the Agents page (https://go.chatway.app/agents).
On the Agents page, click Edit next to the Agent you want to update.
You will see the option to upload your profile picture and change your name. Click Update agent to save the changes.
