In this guide, we’ll show how you can set the agent’s custom visibility. With this option, you can set the agent’s online/offline status at a specified time so they no longer need to manually change their status when their shift is over.
Let’s start!
Method #1: From the Profile settings
On your Chatway dashboard, click the settings icon on top of your Chatway profile picture in the bottom left corner.

Click Profile.

From your Profile settings, look for the Availability option.

Select an option from the dropdown.
Show online based on status – your availability is based on the status you have set from the You are online toggle button.

Never available – your status will remain offline regardless if you are logged in or not.
Always available – your status will remain online regardless if you are logged in or not.
Custom availability – your status will automatically change to online and offline at your specified time.

Don’t forget to hit the Save Changes button for the changes to take effect.
Method #2: From the Agents page

You can also set the agent’s visibility settings from the Agents page.

As the account owner, you can change your Chatway agent’s visibility settings from your end.
