In this guide we’ll show you the steps on how to remove the Chatway branding for your Chatway widget. Please note this is available for paid users only.
Step 1: Let’s get started! First, open your Chatway dashboard and click on the settings icon on top of your Chatway profile picture in the bottom left corner.
You will see the Widget Settings.
Step 2: Now, scroll down until you find the remove Chatway branding option so click on the toggle to enable it.
And that’s it! Don’t forget to hit the “Publish” button when all is set to save the changes.
