Chatway enables your team to forward emails from Gmail (G Suite) directly to your Chatway unified inbox. This provides a simple solution to enhance your email support at scale, allowing you to streamline assignments, utilize canned responses, and take full advantage of all Chatway’s powerful features.
So let’s dive in.
Retrieve your Chatway Email
Step 1: Log in to your Chatway account and click your profile icon located in the bottom left.

Step 2: Click Integrations & Apps.

Step 3: Click “Connect Now” in the Connect email section.

Step 4: Copy your email using the “Forward Emails” button:

Step 5: Select Gmail as your email provider:

Step 6: Copy your email using the “Copy Email” button and click “Save”:

Now let’s set up Gmail.
Set up Gmail / G-Suite
Step 1: Next, open your Gmail account and click the gear icon in the top right corner of your inbox. Choose “See All Settings”.

Step 2: Click on “Forwarding and Pop/IMAP” and then the “Add a forwarding address” button.

Step 3: Paste your Chatway email that you copied from Chatway and click on the “Next” button.

You will receive a confirmation email in your Chatway inbox. Go to https://go.chatway.app/ and click on the verification link to verify your email redirection on gmail.com

After the confirmation is done, you can choose the Chatway email you want to forward your Gmail emails to, like so:

And that’s it – you can now manage your emails right from Chatway!
