In this guide, you’ll learn how to connect your Instagram account to Chatway so you can manage all your messages from one place. Instagram integration is available as a Pro feature, allowing you to receive and reply to Instagram Direct Messages right inside your Chatway dashboard — no more switching between apps. Follow the steps below to set up the integration and start chatting with your Instagram followers directly through Chatway.
Step 1: Open your Chatway dashboard and click on the settings icon on top of your Chatway profile picture in the bottom left corner.
Step 2: Click Integrations & Apps.
Step 3: Look for Instagram for Business and click Connect Now.
Step 4: You will be asked to log in to your Instagram account.
Step 5: Log in to your Instagram business or professional account. If you don’t have one, you’ll need to create one or switch your existing account to a business or professional account.
Step 6: Allow Chatway to access and manage your Instagram messages.
Step 7: Click Connect another Instagram to add your other Instagram account. There’s no limit to how many Instagram accounts you can connect to Chatway.
Step 8: Once done, all new incoming Instagram chats will appear on your Chatway dashboard, where you can also reply. You’ll see an Instagram icon next to the name to indicate that the chat is coming from your Instagram page.
