In this guide, we’ll show how you can export your Chatway contacts.
This functionality allows you to seamlessly transfer your contact data, providing significant advantages for customer management, marketing, and analytics.
Let’s start!
Step 1: From your Chatway dashboard, click the person icon in the top left corner.
Step 2: You can export all contacts at once by clicking Export in the top right.
Step 3: You can also select what contacts to export by ticking each checkbox of the contacts.
Once downloaded, the file is saved in a CSV format. The exported fields are Full Name, Email, Phone Number (if added to contact form), Location, Last Active and Tags. You can then import the file to Mailchimp, Klaviyo and other CRM applications.
