How to enable email notifications?

In this guide we’ll show you how to enable email notifications for your Chatway live chat widget.

Step 1: Start by opening your Chatway dashboard and click on your Chatway profile picture in the bottom left corner:

Step 2: Next, select “Settings” from the options:

Step 3: From the page that will open, click on “Notifications”:

Step 4: Finally, you can click on the email notifications toggle to enable notifications:

And that’s it. Now you’ll receive notifications for unread messages to the email address associated with your Chatway account.
