Step #1: Open a conversation and click the hamburger icon located on the bottom right of the page.
Step #2: You will then see the buttons Download transcript and Email chat transcript. Click Download transcript to save it as a text file. You can open it with any text editor.
Step #3: For the Email Chat Transcript, you have the option to email the transcript to your email, visitor’s email and even send it to other email address. You can add up to 5 other email address.
