Creating multiple Chatway widgets allows you to tailor your live chat experience for different pages, devices, or websites. In this guide, we’ll walk you through the simple steps to set up and customize multiple widgets so you can engage visitors more effectively and boost conversions.

Step 1: From your Chatway dashboard, click the wheel icon in the bottom left corner.

Step 2: Under Widget Settings, click Add Widget.

Step 3: Enter a widget name. You can choose if you want to duplicate an existing widget and choose the domain and country where you’d want to display the widget, then click Create.

Step 4: You can set the widget priority. That means if a domain is added to multiple widgets, the highest-priority widget will be shown.

Step 5: As a separate widget, you can set different customizations and targeting rules without affecting the other widgets. Don’t forget to hit Publish when you’re all set to make the widget live.
