In this guide, we’ll walk you through how to compose and send a new email directly from the Chatway dashboard. This functionality allows agents to follow up with visitors or continue conversations via email when real-time chat is not available. The email composer is fully integrated into the dashboard, ensuring that communication history is stored in one place for better visibility and management.
Let’s start!
Step 1: From the upper-right of your Chatway conversation list, click the mail icon that shows before the search icon.
Note: This is a Pro feature available starting with the Solo plan.

Step 2: In the email composer, fill in the required details such as the recipient email address, sender’s name, subject, and your message.

Step 3: Click Preview to review your email content before sending it.
