In this guide, we’ll show how you can change your or your agents’ status in Chatway. With this option, you can set your or your agents’ online/offline status. For example, you can manually change their status when their shift is over.
So let’s start!
How to change your own status?
Step 1: Go to the Chatway dashboard and click on your profile picture in the bottom left corner:

Step 2: Now, you can use the toggle to change your status to on or off. That’s it!

How to change your agents’ status?
Step 1: From your Chatway dashboard, click on the settings icon on top of your Chatway profile picture in the bottom left corner.

Step 2: Next, click on “Agents”:

Step 3: You will see all your available agents and their current status.

From the dropdown, you can change their status to online or offline.

Step 4: Please note that the status will update in real-time. So please confirm that you want to proceed.

In the mobile app, you can currently only change your own status. To do this, please click on the hamburger icon and then toggle the button according to your needs.
