In this guide, we’ll show you how you can add Chatway triggers. With triggers, you can set the Chatway icon to appear at a specific time or scroll percentage.
You can choose between specific time delay or scroll percentage. You can also enable both triggers. Once the widget appears, it will appear right away when your site visitors go to other pages.
Let’s start!
Step 1: From your Chatway dashboard, click the settings icon on top of your Chatway profile picture in the bottom left corner.
Step 2: You will see the Widget Settings. Scroll down and click “Triggers“.
Step 3: Under Triggers, you will see the options to set the seconds delay and scroll delay. If the trigger toggle is off, the widget will be shown right away.
Step 4: You can choose to show the Chatway widget after 10 seconds or after the user scrolls 25% on page. You can also enable both. If the page is not scrollable, the widget will show right away.
