With this feature, the collected Chatway info is synced to Shopify and will show in the Customers section.
For this to work, please ensure you collect the info from the Chatway widget. You can check our easy visual guide here.
Please see below on how the feature works.
The customer sends a message through the Chatway widget and submits their contact info.

On your Shopify dashboard, go to the Customers section.

You will see the customer is added in the Customers section.

Open the customer and you will see the Chatway tag is automatically added as well.
