In this guide, we’ll show you how you can share data from your Shopify store with visitors directly from Chatway. This will help you send product links, product collections links, order status updates and discount codes to your customers in the chat. With this new feature, you can provide an even faster service to your clients when you send them updates on the status of their order, products, product collections or discount codes directly in the chat!
Currently, you can choose between Product links, Product collections and Discount codes. You can also use all of them within one chat. Once you add them, the links will appear directly in the chat with your customer.

Product link
With this feature you can send a product link to your customers directly in the chat.
To do this, click on the Shopify icon and select “Product link“.

Select the product you want to send to your client and click on the “Share Product” button to send the product link in the chat.

Product collections
With this feature you can send a product collection link to your customers directly in the chat.
To do this, click on the Shopify icon and select “Product collections“.

Select the product collection you want to send to your client and click on the “Share Collection” button to send the product collection link in the chat.

Discount (coupon) code
With this feature you can send a coupon code to your customers directly in the chat.
To do this, click on the Shopify icon and select “Coupon code“.

Select the coupon code from the dropdown that you want to send to your client and click on the “Share coupon” button to send the code directly in the chat.

Order status
With this feature you can share the order status to your customers directly in the chat.
To do this, click on the Shopify icon and select “Order status“.

Select the order ID of the order you wish to share from the dropdown and click on the “Share order” button to send the order info directly in the chat.
