With this feature, Chatway can automatically identify logged-in customers when they send a message through the chat widget. The customer’s data will display on the dashboard even if the customer hasn’t submitted their contact info.

- Your customer visits and logs in to your Shopify store.

The customer opens the Chatway widget …

… and sends a message without leaving their email address.

When you open the conversation in Chatway, you will see the customer is automatically identified and it will show the Shopify Order and Cart Data on the right side.
