FAQs functionality now available in Chatway

With that in mind, we are excited to introduce the FAQs feature in Chatway. This new functionality allows you to curate a list of commonly asked questions and answers, enabling customers to find the information they need quickly and effortlessly.

How Does the FAQ Feature Work?

We’ve designed the FAQ feature to be intuitive and user-friendly. Simply enable it from your Chatway dashboard, and you’ll be able to add questions and answers that address the most common customer queries. The feature allows for drag and drop reordering of questions to ensure the most relevant information is always front and center.

Once configured, the FAQ section will seamlessly appear within the live chat widget, as shown in the preview above. Your customers can browse these questions effortlessly, getting the answers they need without waiting for an agent.

A Sneak Peek at the FAQ Settings

By default, the FAQ feature comes pre-loaded with five common questions to help you get started right away. You can easily expand each question by clicking the arrow icon, giving you quick access to view or edit the content without any extra steps.

To customize the FAQs to better suit your business needs, simply click the pencil icon next to any question to make edits. You can also add new questions and answers that align with your customers’ most frequent inquiries, ensuring the content is relevant and helpful.

You’re not limited to the five default questions-feel free to add as many questions as needed to address your customers’ needs. If any of the pre-loaded questions aren’t relevant, you can easily delete them and replace them with your own.
